If you are not computer literate, you can of course still make an appointment by phone : 02 / 803 80 45 .The appointment line is available 24h/24h and 7d/7d.
If this also fails, you can exceptionally call your doctor yourself.
Guidelines for making an appointment:
Make one appointment per person. If you come with more than one person, please make one appointment per person. If you already know in advance that you will need extra time, you can exceptionally make two consecutive appointments.
Be on time for your appointment to prevent others having to wait unnecessarily. If you can't keep to an appointment, please notify us in advance or cancel via the website or by phone so that we can see other patients at that time .
It may happen that you still have to wait despite your appointment. This may be due to unforeseen circumstances or when the previous person’s visit takes more time than foreseen. Thank you in advance for your understanding if this is the case.
